Cancellation policy

How to cancel

Please cancel in writing by email from the lead guest’s address. Your cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your email.

Standard cancellation policy

• 180 days or more before arrival
  0% of the total rental amount is due.
• Between 180 and 90 days before arrival
  25% of the total rental amount is due. If more has already been paid, the difference will be refunded.
• Less than 90 days before arrival
  100% of the total rental amount is due. In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be made

Re-letting goodwill
If we re-let the villa for any of your cancelled nights, we refund the lower of (i) the amount achieved for those nights or (ii) what you paid for those nights, minus €75 admin.

Changes by us & force majeure
If we must cancel due to force majeure or unavailability beyond our control, you receive a full refund of rent paid (third-party fees excluded).
Only official entry bans/restrictions by the authorities of Curaçao that prevent entry into Curaçao during your booked dates qualify for a rent refund. Outbound bans or restrictions set by other countries do not qualify.

Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment route/currency, normally within 7 business days after confirmation of the refund amount.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
