House rules
- Be considerate to neighbors and fellow Blue Bay guests and residents.
- Quiet hours: no noise between 22:00–08:00; no loud music in the villa or common areas.
- Registered guests only; no parties or events.
- Parking in designated areas only; do not block roads or driveways.
- No pets.
- Waste: do not place garbage next to bins. Put bagged household waste in the containers and close the lids.
- Toilets: only toilet paper; do not flush anything else.
- Laundry: no laundry outside balconies or in sight of other villas.
- BBQ: no open-flame BBQs anywhere in Blue Bay Village; electric BBQ available.
- Smoking:
outside only; use an ashtray and keep doors/windows closed.
About our cats
Please do not feed the cats or let them inside. They are part of our eco-friendly pest control and are well cared for (there are even local cat “hotels”).
Mosquito control
Blue Bay works hard to control mosquitoes. We use the Biogents “BG-Mosquitaire” trap on the veranda — an effective, environmentally friendly solution. It helps reduce bites without sprays; please leave it in place.
