INTRO

This breezy, tropical-style villa sleeps up to 6 and opens with sliding doors to a 70 m² shaded veranda — your living room outdoors for slow breakfasts and sunset drinks. Inside you’ll find full-villa A/C (bedrooms and living/kitchen) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

  • Kitchen: dishwasher, electric stove, combination microwave/oven, American fridge, Nespresso & drip coffee makers. We provide a small starter set of basics (e.g., coffee/tea, oil, spices, dishwasher tabs). Availability may vary and guests typically top up as needed.
  • Comfort & tech: full-villa A/C; ceiling fans in all bedrooms, safe, 110V & 220V outlets + adapters, fibre Wi-Fi (72 Mbps), TV 100+ channels.
  • Family: crib & high chair on request, washing machine. A small amount of laundry detergent may be available on arrival; availability may vary, and guests usually top up as needed.
  • Outdoor: 70 m² shaded veranda with ceiling fans + a portable floor fan for extra airflow, dining table and lounge set, mood lighting, and nearby parking.

Beach passes with sunbeds and palapas, guest-only pool, on-site dive shop, restaurants & bars, tennis courts (free), 18-hole ocean-view golf course (fee; our guests enjoy a 20% green-fee discount).


SNORKEL & ACTIVITIES

Snorkel the vibrant house reef directly from the beach. Blue Bay Dive offers courses and gear rental on site. Easy day trips to other beaches and to Willemstad.

LOCATION & DISTANCES

Walk: 2–5 minutes to Blue Bay Beach through tropical gardens and the pool area. Drive: supermarket 5 minutes; Hato Airport 8 km; Willemstad 9 km.

Check-in: from 16:00.

Check-out: by 11:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and depend on the arrival of new guests.

Booking & Stay Information

 Booking & Payment
 • Deposit: 25% within 3 days; balance due 60 days before arrival.

• Payment: bank transfer only (EUR or USD).


Cancellation

• ≥ 180 days before arrival: 0% of the rental amount.

• ≥ 90 days < 180 days before arrival: 25% of the rental amount.

• < 90 days: 100%.

• If re-let: refund of the lower of the re-let price or the amount paid, minus €75 admin fee.

• No-show or early departure: no refund.

• Recommendation: comprehensive travel & cancellation insurance.


Security Deposit

• €350 per villa, refunded within 7 business days after check-out, less any deductions for damages, extra cleaning, or utilities.


Utilities (electricity & water)

• Billed by meter and settled against the deposit. • Guideline: approx. €13 per villa per night when using bedroom A/C at night only; living-room A/C approx. €2 per hour.


Interim Cleaning

• Recommended for stays over 2 weeks. Includes bathrooms and guest toilet, bed linen and towel refresh, light kitchen tidy (no dishes), and sweeping/mopping. Price: €95.

The easiest way to explore Curaçao is by car. Beaches, coves and viewpoints are spread across the island. You can rent at Hato International Airport or through trusted local agencies with competitive rates. We are happy to share our preferred partners and practical tips.

Neighborhood

Blue Bay is set within the 220-hectare Blue Bay Curaçao Golf and Beach Resort on the central south coast of Curaçao. From here you can easily reach the island’s best beaches, national parks and cultural sights.


UNESCO-listed Willemstad is about 15 minutes by car; the Queen Emma floating pontoon bridge links the districts of Punda and Otrobanda.

For dining and nightlife, you will find beach bars and restaurants at Blue Bay, with many more choices in Willemstad. Prefer a lively evening. There is always something happening somewhere on the island.
